Refund Policy

   Please be aware that at this time returns are taking longer to process due to slower than normal transit times in packages returning to our facility as a result of less trucks and less workers currently available at UPS and USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will process returns as quickly as possible once they arrive to our facility.

It is our mission to ensure that your shopping experience at Conscious Creations LV is simple and enjoyable. If you have questions, issues with an order, or want to return an item please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

60-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 60 days from date received. Please note: item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. To initiate a return you must contact us at (CONTACT INFO) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Additionally, please include photos of the item or package and let us know why you are returning our product. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us improve our service. When returning include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Returns that are shipped without an Return Authorization Number (RA#) may experience processing delays up to 30 days and will be charged a 20% processing fee. For any items returned dirty, missing parts or packaging, or if the product is deemed unsellable the item will be eligible for store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (Example: damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. Return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company are only eligible for store credit.

Refund of Payment
Returns sent within 15 days of item delivery will be credited to the original payment form. Returns sent after 15 days are eligible for store credit for 60 days from date of delivery. When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If using a prepaid gift card such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, please retain card to ensure proper credit. Store credit will be issued via gift card and will not expire.

Damaged, Missing, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent 
If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at within 10 days of date of delivery to receive a replacement item. Please include photos of the item and a detailed description of the issue with the item and customer service team will assist you from there.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
